AUTHORITY
This Decree [EAD #A1-AR-OM01A-OS-03-4A] authorizing the incorporation of United Amin Tribe Coins (UATCs) into the UAT ecosystem has been enacted in accordance with UAT Constitution, Art IV, Sect 1, Paragraph 3 and will be implemented as directed below.
FINDING #1
UAT members and Accredited Associates (AAs) need an effective and safe way to exchange value with each other and with UAT Admin that does not require the approval of a bank or the necessity of paying exorbitant credit card, payment processor and, or wire transfer fees.
FINDING #2
Since one of the goals of the United Amin Tribe is to eventually evolve into the United Amin Nation we need a currency we can use as a medium of exchange for at least some of our internal matters in addition to the USD and other currencies we will use for internal and external matters.
FINDING #3
UAT members and Admin also need a deflationary digital asset that can function as a store of value in lieu of USD and other inflationary fiat currencies that are constantly losing value.
EAO (Exeutive Administrative Order) #1: Effective July 15,2026, members and Accredited Associates (AAs) who hold at least $10 worth of UATC in their digital wallets may receive discounts and other benefits when conducting commerce amongst themselves and with UAT Admin. The UATC transactions discussed in this Decree are unrelated to the USD transactions discussed in other Decrees.
No earlier than November 1,2026, but no later than January 1,2027 all participating members except Original Signers (OSs) will be charged a $10 monthly fee paid in UATCs to receive their discounts. The fee is $5 for AAs and members and AAs may decline to participate in the discounts section.
Member monthly fees are higher since they will earn a 30% referral bonus on fees paid by members and AAs they have personally invited. OSs without the letter “A” in their ID numbers will earn a 10% override referral bonus on the monthly fees from members and AAs connected to them that they have not personally invited in addition to the 30% referral bonus they will earn from members and AAs they have personally invited. The founding OS with the letter “A” in his ID number will receive a 5% override referral bonus on fees paid by members and AAs whose ID numbers does not contain the letter “A” and his earnings will be the same as other OSs for fees paid by members and AAs whose ID numbers contain the letter “A”.
EAO1 Commentary: AAs are charged less in monthly fees since they are not eligible to receive referral bonuses because they are not members.
The founding Original Signer receives a percentage of all UATC monthly fees since all members and AAs came from him directly or indirectly. Further, this policy dissuades the founding OS from being incentivized to block worthy members from becoming OSs since he would then lose access to UATC referral bonuses derived from said members when they are elevated to OSs.
EAO #2: When a member under an OS who doesn’t have the letter “A” in his/her ID number also becomes an OS, 10% of the referral bonus earnings of the new OS shall be remitted to the OS he/she was originally under before being elevated in order to compensate that OS for the referral bonus earnings he/she will no longer be eligible to receive.
EAO #3: The position of Secretary and Treasurer is hereby created and these officials shall ensure that all UATC transactions are properly processed and that all bonuses earned in the previous month are dispersed no later than the 5th day of the following month. These 2 officials shall each receive 5% compensation from all UATC fees paid regardless of source.
EAO3 Commentary: The Secretary will serve as the Acting Chief Records Officer and the Treasurer will serve as the Acting Chief Financial Officer until said permanent officials are selected and seated; these temp officials will certainly be considered for the permanent positions.
EAO #4: The UATCs will also serve as governing coins since level 2 members or higher must hold at least $20 worth in their digital wallets prior to receiving their voting rights.
EAO4 Commentary: Members who hold at least $20 worth of UATCs in their wallets automatically meet the $10 requirement to receive benefits.
EAO #5: At 12am on July 15,2026 the initial price of 1 UATC shall be set at $2.50 per coin and then at $5 effective Nov 1,2026 at 12am. After Nov of 2026 UATCs shall be evaluated semi-annually in March and, or early April and Sept and, or early Oct to determine new coin prices which shall be announced every April 20th and October 20th; the new prices shall annually take effect on May 1st and November 1st at 12am.
EAO5 Commentary: The moving coin price was initially slated to be set at $5; however, it has been lowered to $2.50 per coin to support early participants. E.g., let’s say a member buys 8 coins at $2.50 a piece to cover the $20 of UATCs he/she must hold in his/her wallet to be eligible for discounts and to perfect his/her voting rights. After the price rises to $5 on Nov 1,2026 he/she will only need 4 coins. The coins he/she purchased at $2.50 pre-November will then be worth $5.
EAO #6: Members and Accredited Associates who are removed from the program as a result of misconduct will only be allowed to sell or cash out their coins for half of the listed price to Original Signers, UAT Admin and, or other approved members.
Finding #3 Commentary: UATCs have a fixed supply of 10,000 coins; hence, requiring participants to hold coins in their wallets that are of limited supply should make the UATC the desired deflationary asset discussed in the above Finding although this is not guaranteed.
